Delivery is to the ground floor only. Drivers are unaccompanied and will need assistance with the unloading of all items. We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis however you have 7 working days
from the day following receipt of goods to notify us in writing that
you wish to cancel the order. Credit will
only be passed for goods which you have returned to our Heywood Distribution
centre in perfect resaleable condition and less our delivery costs. NB We will not accept goods for return that are in any way marked, damaged or that have been removed form their original manufacturers packaging.
We will send you a goods return
authorisation label and goods will not be accepted without this being
attached. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation
of the goods. Our order confirmation includes a cancellation form
or you can email our Operations Manager. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the written
cancellation of the order. Goods which have been made to your specification
will be excluded from this returns policy. These terms only apply
to goods ordered for UK delivery. The returns policy applies to exchange
goods and will be treated as a new order until the original goods
are returned for credit as appropriate.
All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty which is detailed with the product and is a minimum of 12 months. Warranties are not valid outside Great Britain. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
